We are so sad to announce that our head baker has found a new opportunity & will be retiring from the Gaia’s kitchen. 😭 With our pastry queen starting a new chapter & the steady decline of baked goods sales over the last few years, we have decided that the era of daily fresh baked goods has come to an end. 💔😔

We don’t want to say goodbye forever so you can expect an occasional pastry cameo on the weekends when inspo strikes, but we can no longer justify baking fresh pastries every day.

To our loyal customers, thank you for loving our pastries while you did. It truly meant so much.

& to our beloved baker, Lychee, thank you for sharing your talent, your creativity, & your heart with us!

Starting Saturday November 29th, our hours will be:

🥗 Saturday/Sunday: 9am–3pm
🌙 Closed Monday
